Abbie is a trained peer tutor at the Naugle Communication Center and a third-year Literature, Media, and Communication major. She regularly meets with Georgia Tech students to assist them with a variety of writing, communication, and digital media projects. As a tutor, Abbie loves helping her peers brainstorm new projects, practice interview questions, and polish written materials for both Tech classes and graduate programs. With experience in technical writing and visual design, Abbie also knows the ins and outs of drafting memos, proposals, and blogs as well as crafting infographics and slide decks. As a member of the Social Media Committee, Abbie creates content for the center’s Instagram, and this past summer, she worked as a digital media marketing intern at Hyperchat Social in Atlanta, GA. In her free time, Abbie enjoys curling up with a fantasy novel and a chai tea latte or hiking a trail along the Chattahoochee River.
